Even though there is no evidence of smoking cannabis increases the number of white blood cells, it is known that a cannabis consumer who smokes marijuana is more prone to infections.

Now, how about eating cannabis? Well, it would seem that eating cannabis products would be the safer choice again. Since the product isn’t heated to release or activate its chemical compounds. Plus, it has a wide variety of options on how you can consume it from cannabis edibles, oils, drinks, and more. But its overall unpredictability is a factor that you need to consider.

Earlier we talked about the difference between a body high and a head high. When eating a cannabis product, it results in a body high, if it’s THC-based. However, unlike head high, the effects aren’t instantaneous. So you must be aware of the dosing of the edible or cannabis product that you are eating beforehand. This is to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of being overwhelmed with the unexpected feeling of getting high.
