“Oceanic was created organically and accidentally through helping a family member on his journey, which I wasn’t aware was actually my own. I made a batch of brownies for my husband’s grandfather and really helped alleviate his pain. It was an ‘aha moment’ for me, born out of the medical need and the dream of helping as many people as possible.” – Taylor Giovannini, Founder

Craft cannabis differs from mass-produced cannabis in many ways, mainly based around the attention and care that is given to the plants to focus on quality over quantity.
We grow our products in small batches with attention to detail in every step. Our thoughtful handling continues beyond the harvest as well by hang drying, hand trimming and hand packaging every plant.
As a licensed cannabis producer and retailer, we are prevented by the Cannabis Act from discussing any medical properties or benefits a product may have with consumers.
There are many factors that go into the decision of a medical treatment. If you have questions about how a product may affect you or are looking for suggestions, please speak with your doctor or pharmacist.
Terpenes are naturally occuring compounds found in many plants. They’re what gives plants their signature scent and taste. For example, the unmistakable smell of Lavender is due to the terpene Linalool.
Consumers often choose cannabis products by considering the dominant terpenes (or terpene profile) of a plant along with the THC, CBD, and other cannabinoid content to find products that they may like.
This is the theory that the full spectrum of compounds in the cannabis plant work together to create unique effects and benefits.
When we consume cannabis, our bodies interact with hundreds of different cannabinoids and terpenes. Each compound carries it’s own unique effects and benefits, and their behavior may change in the presence of other compounds.
